Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my pictures?
Clients will receive their pictures typically within three days and up to a week at most. This timeframe
does not include weddings.
How many pictures will I receive per session?
Each session clients will receive a minimum of twenty-five images.
What are your prices?
The prices for each session are located in the "portfolio" tab. If the client is requesting a custom session that is not offered on my website the client and I will discuss and decide a set price for their session.
What if I need to reschedule?
If a client needs to reschedule they will contact me and we will choose an upcoming date that best fits their schedule.
How will I receive my pictures?
Clients will access their digital images in the "Client Albums" tab on this website. To view their session images they will locate their album and enter a password that will be assigned by me. Once the client has downloaded their images I will remove the album from this site, however, if the client allows me permission I may make their album public for upcoming clients to view my work.
What do I do if I want a session that is not offered through this website?
If a client is wanting a session that is not offered through this website they may contact me and discuss with me the type of session they are wanting to do. Examples of sessions that are not yet offered through this website may include weddings and more. After the client and I have decided on a session we then will discuss the price.
How do I contact you if I want to communicate before booking a session?
If a client would like to speak to me about any questions or concerns before booking a session they will go to the "Contact" tab on this website and there they will find my contact information.
